I know there are some adventurous palates out there. As an adult, I’m finding all kinds of food that I didn’t now I liked or even existed!
What food, real food – let’s not get weird now. What food found in a conventional or exotic restaurant or grocery store will you NOT eat or venture to eat? I’m talking stuff we can eat but choose not to.
So, for you Vegans, you don’t have to give me the obvious, more like—what won’t you eat of the food groups that you allow?

Raw onions
Raw celery
But cook the sh*t out of 'em and I'm fine.
Now nothing good can come of a radish or a beet.
I won't go for anything that has cilantro in it.
Ya eiter like it or think it tastes like Dawn dish detergent. I'm one of the people who thinks food with cilantro tastes like they just scrubbed it with Dawn.
But...I'm sure plenty of people can tell you other things I don't like better than I can!!

Turtle
Beef liver. I'll eat fish liver, chicken liver and maybe even your liver with a bottle of chianti and some fava beans. But, noy beef liver.
Asparagus. I hate it. The texture is nasty. The fact that it makes your pee smell funny is just a disgusting bonus.

I have found several new favorites through the years. I love pansit (philipino) and flan (mexican style custard). Has anyone ever had fish chowder? wonderful.
I like Ranch dressing. Always hated white dressings of anykind then all of a sudden it became a dippping frenzy world and I have become a dipper too. Love liver and onions. Chicken or beef liver only. Hate cauliflower, asparagus, brussel sprouts and italian green beans, and spinach. That about covers all the green vegs.
I have a very undistinguished palate. I'm a finicky eater and it drives my husband batty. I won't touch raw tomatoes, or anything crunchy like celery, onion etc. If you cook 'em up, well, then I just pretend they're not there. It must be a texture thing.
